RETURN PROCESS

  • You can start the return process for your product in two ways:
  1. By sending an email to retur@avanticavalli.no and providing your order number and details about the product to be returned.
  2. By using the return section in the order history on your account on our website.
  • Once your return is registered, we will send a return label to your email address, provided it meets the requirements of this policy.

RETURN DEADLINE 

  • You have a deadline of 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all labels and packaging intact.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
  • Free or bonus products cannot be returned or refunded.
  • We do not accept the return of customized or intimate products for hygiene and safety reasons.

PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS

Some products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to: gift cards, audio and video recordings (CDs, DVDs), software with broken seals, downloadable software, and health and personal care products.

AVANTI CAVALLI'S RIGHTS

  • We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns if the product is not in a resalable condition.
  • We reserve the right to deduct a fee of 50 NOK for damaged or unclean product packaging.

REFUND PROCESS

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned order is physically received at our warehouse.
  • We will use the same payment method that was used for the order.
  • In some cases, the customer must provide bank account details (IBAN/SWIFT) to receive the refund.
  • Shipping costs will be refunded if the order was canceled in its entirety.

TRACKING OF RETURNED PACKAGES

If the returned package is lost during transport to our warehouse, the value of the products will be refunded if the customer has a tracking number for the returned package.

UNCOLLECTED ITEMS

  • If a customized item is returned because it was not collected by the customer, we will try to contact you to arrange a new delivery at no additional cost.
  • If we are unable to contact you within 14 days, we will charge you for the cost of the item and an additional fee.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. These costs will not be refunded.

DELIVERY TIME FOR EXCHANGED PRODUCTS

The delivery time to receive the exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

HIGH-VALUE RETURNED SHIPMENTS

If the value of the returned item is over 750 NOK, we recommend using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee the receipt of the returned item.
